You have also left out the Katti-Khels. They were the founders of TANK as a city. The founder of the tribe was Katal Khan, the builder of the Tank Fort, (in ruins today) was Sarwar Khan. The dynasty led to the Nawab of Tank family. The last Nawab of Tank died in 1970 and was instrumental in assisting the Muslim League in securing the Referendum for Pakkistan. The tribe lives on in small numbers in Tank as well as near Attock
